Resort Rules and Regulations

Resort rules are management policy or agreements between the guest and the resort.

These policies are mentioned on the guest registration book which is signed by the guest at the time of check in.

Copy of rules and regulations is also kept on all guest rooms for guest to read and understand the management policies. This also include the local government policies which have to be followed by the guest.


Resort Rules and Management policies

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the management requests your cooperations in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and “Kalea Beach Resort” management under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s).

1.Tariff

You can find all the different tariffs on the other page.

Breakfast, afternoon snack, tea/coffee and dinner are inclusive

Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.

2. Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation, paid in Indonesian Rupiah.

Personal cheques are not accepted.

PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

3. Company Lien’s on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings

In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

4. Check-In

By law, guest(s) must present personal documents such as ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in for resort record.

These documents will be returned upon departure.

5. Departure

Check out time is 10:30 am, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time.

Extension will be given depending on the availability.

If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged.

On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the rights to remove the guest and his /her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.

6. Luggage Storage

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room at the guest’s own risk as to loss / or damage from any cause, luggage may not be stored for period of over 14 days.

7. Guest’s Belongings

The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property including theft or pilferage.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed, but the resort pet.

9. Hazardous Goods

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on resort premises.

10. Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss / or damage to the resort property caused by her/him, her/ his guests or any person for whom he/she is responsible.

11.Management’s Rights

The Management has the right to ask the guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the resort forthwith, without previous notice and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. The management also has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her as a result of the guest’s own bad manner that causes any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premise.

12. Relation Between Management and Guest

There will be no personal relationship between the management/staff and the guest, unless it’s not within the resort premise.

13. Government Rules and Regulations and Application of Laws

There are laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time, and guest(s) are requested to observe, abide by and be bound by all applicable acts.

14. Photographs and Videos

Using photographs and videos taken in our resort for commercial or public purposes are prohibited.
